Thank you for reaching out through the help desk.  HMIS is undergoing a database transition. Please expect a delay in response time as we are working hard toward a smooth transition.  We will respond as soon as possible.

Welcome to the Homeless Coalition Technical Help Desk

This help desk if for technical assistance within the homeless systems and databases.  If you are needing resources for experiencing homelessness, please reach out through our official website for an online help and resources form at www.ahomewithhope.org.

**If we receive non-technical assistance requests through this system, it will not be addressed.

Our HMIS help desk hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM.  If you reach out between Friday and Sunday, please know there will be a delay.  If you submit a response at the end of the day, you may not receive a response until the following business day.  You should expect a response by the following business day for all tickets.
